Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tech Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Tech Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, conduct client meetings and presentations, and promote technology-driven workspace and infrastructure solutions. Typical responsibilities include understanding client requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating product demonstrations, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure. The role will also involve maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, updating CRM tools, collaborating with technical and project teams to ensure accurate solution scoping, and providing regular sales forecasts and reports. The Tech Sales Executive will build long-term client relationships, represent the company at industry events, and stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies relevant to corporate real estate and workspace solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, SaaS, or workspace / real estate solutions, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to understand and explain technology-enabled workspace solutions, infrastructure services, and related value propositions in clear business terms.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and build trust-based relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, lead management, and basic MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent prospecting, networking, and pipeline management skills, including cold outreach and follow-up discipline.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to understand client pain points and propose tailored solutions.
  • Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the Bengaluru corporate real estate market and enterprise customer ecosystem is a plus.
  • High level of professional integrity, customer focus, and willingness to travel locally for client meetings as required.
