Job Description

We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and client conversations professionally.

This role is suitable for someone who is comfortable speaking with prospects, maintaining CRM records, and representing the brand confidently on calls and camera when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
  • Maintain and update CRM records regularly
  • Track lead status, call notes, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Explain our products/services clearly to potential customers
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for lead management
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Participate in video content, webinars, or online sessions when required
  • Represent the brand in a professional and confident manner

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, business development, or client handling
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and CRM management
  • Camera-friendly and confident in front of the camera
  • Basic understanding of social media and online communication
  • Good presentation skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in sales calling or lead conversion
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Comfortable creating short video updates or appearing in brand content
  • Interest in finance, stock market, trading, or edtech will be an added advantage
