We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong customer relationships, and providing excellent client servicing in the freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
- Understand client requirements and offer customized freight forwarding solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Manage client accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle queries effectively.
- Collaborate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline MBA in Marketing/Logistics preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
