Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Mumbai within the courier and logistics industry. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with corporate and individual clients needing domestic and international courier and logistics services. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, presenting service offerings and pricing, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in line with company policies. The role also involves maintaining regular communication with existing customers, handling inquiries, coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth deliveries, and following up on payments. The Sales Executive will track sales targets, report on pipeline and performance, and provide market feedback to support continuous improvement in services and strategies.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
  • Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present services clearly, handle customer queries, and build long-term partnerships.
  • Candidates should possess good organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts, follow up on leads, and meet sales targets consistently.
  • Candidates should possess basic knowledge of courier and logistics operations, including domestic and international shipping processes, documentation, and pricing structures.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in using common office and CRM tools for reporting, maintaining client records, and tracking sales activities.
  • Relevant experience in courier, logistics, or related service industries is highly beneficial.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Mumbai.
