Influencer Marketing Sales:

ROLE OVERVIEW -

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Actor & Influencer Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing and managing a select group of actors and influencers, securing opportunities, and fostering professional growth. This role requires a keen understanding of the entertainment and digital media landscapes, sales capability + interest, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for building and maintaining relationships.

Key Responsibilities 

- Represent and manage a portfolio of actors and influencers, providing career guidance and support.

- Identify and secure acting roles, brand partnerships, live events and other professional opportunities for actors & Influencers.

-Pitch aggressively to digital agencies for brand / influencer campaigns (long term & short term)

-Follow up & build a strong network on agency clients to maintain repeated business

- Negotiate & deal with the incoming queries.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of Artists.

- Build and maintain relationships with digital agencies, creative agencies, brand agencies, event agencies and other industry professionals to create opportunities for the artists.

- Act as the primary point of contact for Influencers & actors, addressing their needs, concerns, and goals.

-Week on week planning and update on upcoming projects + new pitches + scheduling of the calendar

-Building a personal rapport with the Artist(s) to understand their personality & culture of working

-Envisage the vision of the artist and move in the direction to achieve that

-Help them build and expand their network

-Competition analysis

IDEAL CANDIDATE -

·KEEN INTEREST IN THE ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY and well-versed with names of talents / artists, influencers, digital agencies, brand agencies and influencer agencies

· Well-spoken, honest and confident character is necessary.

· Honest & should have integrity towards artist's career graph and day-to-day affairs.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience for Influencer / Artist / Brand / Event management in SALES is necessary.

· Candidate should be adaptable to manage tight deadlines.

· The candidate will need to have an understanding of human behaviour and very basic accounting practices.
