The ideal candidate should have experience in selling B2B services and building relationships with corporate clients, EdTech companies, publishers, universities, and training organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers such as L&D Heads, HR Leaders, CXOs, Training Managers, Founders, and Procurement teams.
- Understand client learning and training requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Present company capabilities and conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person).
- Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal content, instructional design, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM.
Required Skills:
- 2-6 years of Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience selling service-based solutions is preferred.
- Experience in consultative selling.
- Ability to generate leads independently.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
