Location: Thane

Job Title: Sales Co-Ordinator

Experience- 3+ years

Salary Up to 50k

Working days- 6 Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team for day-to-day activities and follow-ups
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and tender documents
• Handle client communication regarding inquiries, orders, and updates
• Process sales orders and ensure timely execution
• Track order status and coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, accounts, operations)
• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and MIS
• Follow up on payments and support the accounts team when required
• Assist in tender submissions and documentation
• Maintain client database and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Support sales team in achieving targets through coordination and backend support

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in sales coordination / backend sales support
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in handling quotations, proposals, and documentation
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in engineering / EPC / manufacturing / project-based industry
• Familiarity with tendering process is an added advantage
