Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented real estate sales consultants to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties, and achieving sales targets through excellent customer service and market expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage leads through calls, site visits, references, and digital platforms
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties
  • Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site visits with prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners
  • Negotiate deals and close sales successfully
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for conversions
  • Stay updated with current real estate market trends, pricing, and project developments
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or direct sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of Navi Mumbai real estate market is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
