Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
● Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present products.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline.
● Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.
● Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests.
● Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
and client experience.
● Ensure that all necessary documentation(e.g., invoices) accompanies the dispatched orders.
This role is for generating leads, building relationships with new and existing clients, and driving sales growth
within a specific geographic area. This role involves frequent travel, face-to-face meetings, and the ability to close deals in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit potential customers to generate new leads.
- Meet existing clients regularly to maintain strong business relationships.
- Present and promote the company's products/services effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Submit quotations, follow up on proposals, and close orders.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM/sales records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (purchase, logistics, accounts) for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of field sales experience (industry-specific experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Good understanding of the local market and customer base.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
