Job Description - Sales Executive

Reports To
Assistant Sales Manager / Director of Sales / General Manager
Role Purpose
The Sales Executive is responsible for supporting sales activities by generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to room revenue and banquet sales while ensuring service standards and brand guidelines are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through Corporate, Travel Agents, and B2B segments
- Assist in acquiring new clients and maintaining existing accounts
- Support in achieving assigned sales targets
- Conduct sales calls, follow-ups, and client meetings
- Assist in coordinating site visits and hotel inspections
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution
- Support banquet, conference, and event sales activities
- Maintain accurate records in MIS/CRM systems
- Ensure adherence to pricing and company policies
- Handle client queries and provide timely responses
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Lead Generation & Conversion
- Contribution to Room Nights & Revenue
- Client Follow-ups & Engagement
- Support in Banquet and Event Sales
- Timely reporting and data accuracy

- Basic knowledge of reporting tools (Excel/CRM)
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate; Hotel Management preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or hospitality industry
- Freshers with good communication skills can also be considered
