Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organised Post Sales Operations Executive to assist in post-sales coordination, documentation, and operational follow-ups across projects in Mumbai. The role involves coordinating between customers, accounts team, site teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of post-sales processes.
The candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable travelling across project sites in Mumbai whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling post-sales documentation and customer paperwork
- Coordinating with customers for pending documents, agreements, payments, and signatures
- Maintaining and organising physical and digital records
- Regularly updating the accounts team regarding payment status and documentation
- Coordinating with internal data entry and backend teams for accurate record maintenance
- Visiting project sites across Mumbai for coordination and operational follow-ups
- Tracking pending tasks and ensuring timely closure
- Assisting senior management in day-to-day operational coordination
- Maintaining MIS reports and customer status updates
- Supporting smooth handover and customer servicing processes
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate post-sales / backend operations preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong organisational and follow-up abilities
- Basic knowledge of Excel, email drafting, and documentation handling
- Comfortable with travelling across Mumbai for site visits
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
