Urgent hiring for Sales Telecaller Executive

Profile:- Sales Telecaller Executive/ Manager

Experience:- Min 2 Year / 5 Years

CTC:- 3 lpa / 5.5(Based on experience, skills, and interview performance)

Location:- Karol Bagh, Delhi

Work Mode: In-Office

Working Days:- 6 Days (Monday is off) 10.30am - 7.30 pm

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Telecaller Executive who can handle outbound/inbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and convert inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.

Explain company products/services clearly.

Generate leads and follow up regularly.

Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets.

Maintain customer database and call records.

Resolve customer doubts and objections.

Coordinate with sales team for closures.

Build strong customer relationships.

Provide after-sales support if required.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi / English).

Convincing and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Email).

Positive attitude and confidence.

Target-driven mindset.

Good listening skills.
