We are now looking to scale our institutional B2B business across the fashion, automobile, and gifting industries.

Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Institutional Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will spearhead efforts to identify and build relationships with institutional clients, craft and implement tailored sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure optimal client satisfaction. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals, provide market insights, and support sustained growth of the company in the luxury perfume space.

Compensation: Competitive Salary + Performance incentive

What You Will Do

  • Identify and develop new B2B leads across fashion, automobile, and gifting sectors
  • Run a disciplined cold-calling and outreach programme to open and qualify new accounts
  • Own the pre-sales process — pitching, scoping, sampling, and negotiating
  • Handhold clients from first conversation through to formal project sign-off and delivery
  • Build and manage long-term key account relationships with consistent structured follow-up
  • Maintain a rigorous lead pipeline through CRM or lead management tools
  • Collaborate with internal product and operations teams to ensure seamless client delivery

Qualifications / Experience

  • 3–5 years of B2B institutional or solutions sales experience
  • Proven expertise in B2B sales, client relationship management, and business development.
  • Prior exposure to third-party or contract manufacturing in beauty, gifting, or automobile is a strong advantage
  • Proven track record in cold calling and new business development
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and execute strategies effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Capacity for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in the luxury, perfume, or retail industry is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to navigate long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers across organisations
  • Presentable,Confident communicator, self-starter, and team player
