The company is a principal supplier of automotive fluids to most OEMs in India, with 7 out of 10 cars made in India being filled with Golden Cruiser automotive fluids.

As Golden Cruiser continues to expand its retail and distribution footprint, we are building a strong ground-level sales force to drive deeper market penetration.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Golden Cruiser in the field. This is a frontline, on-the-ground role requiring daily interaction with retailers and distributors across your assigned territory.

The ideal candidate is confident and self-driven, comfortable managing their own schedule, and equally at ease communicating in Hindi or English. If you can walk into any outlet, build rapport quickly, and convert conversations into orders, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly visit retailers, wholesalers, and automotive workshops in the assigned territory to drive sales of Golden Cruiser products
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term trade relationships that support repeat business and brand loyalty
  • Develop new business opportunities – new outlets, new markets, new accounts
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer feedback
  • Ensure proper product visibility and placement at retail points
  • Process orders and coordinate with the back-end team to ensure timely delivery
  • Submit daily field activity reports and sales data to the reporting manager
  • Resolve complaints promptly and professionally

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, automotive, or consumer goods (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
  • Fluency in both Hindi and English – ability to communicate confidently with trade partners in either language
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your own daily schedule and territory
  • Basic proficiency with smartphone applications (WhatsApp, Excel, or CRM tools) for order entry and reporting
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory on a daily basis
