Job Description

Role Overview - We are hiring a Growth Manager (Institution) to own the sales cycle from qualified lead to close. This role will focus on driving college sales—engaging with universities and educational institutions, leading discovery conversations, positioning our solutions, and closing partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, and close
  • Engage with qualified inbound and outbound leads 
  • Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and deal updates in CRM
  • Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and delivery teams

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales or closing experience
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
  • Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable selling via calls, video meetings, and demos
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • SaaS, tech, or services sales experience
  • Experience selling to educational institutions
  • Familiarity with consultative or solution selling
  • Comfortable to travel across the country
