Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

· Visit architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and retail customers to promote Carpet Kingdom products.

· Handle inside sales at the showroom by attending walk-in customers and explaining products.

· Generate new business leads through field visits, references, showroom enquiries, and client meetings.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

· Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable carpets, rugs, flooring, and customized solutions.

· Explain product features, designs, materials, and pricing to clients.

· Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and close sales orders.

· Coordinate with showroom and backend teams for order processing and customer support.

· Conduct site visits and assist customers in product selection.

· Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Education:

Graduate or Diploma in Marketing, Interior Design, Fashion Design, Business

Administration, or related field.

Experience:

1 to 4 years of experience in field sales, showroom sales, inside sales, or outbound sales in carpets, flooring, home décor, furniture, or interior products industry.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

· Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.

· Willingness to travel for client visits and business development.
