Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and target-driven professionals who are passionate about B2C sales and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced inside sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound inside sales activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Generate references and expand the sales pipeline through existing customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide feedback to improve products and services.
  • Manage the complete customer lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools and provide regular sales forecasts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of experience in inside sales or outbound calling.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Experience interacting with professionals and business executives for B2C products/services.
  • Good understanding of business development activities, including lead generation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand concepts and products efficiently.
  • Comfortable working with MS Excel and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, probing, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
