We are hiring a dynamic Sales Executive with proven experience in real estate or the interior and civil construction field to be part of our expanding organization. Please find the KRA for the role as below :-
KRA SALES EXECUTIVE (Mojo Homes)
1. Lead Management & Qualification
Collect and screen leads
Assign priority and move into sales funnel
2. Follow-ups & Engagement
Maintain structured follow-ups
Update client communication records
Ensure WhatsApp/email professionalism
3. Sales Conversion
Present solutions and quotations
Handle objections
Close deals and ensure agreements are signed
4. Client Meetings & Site Visits
Conduct consultations
Coordinate site visits and sample presentations
5. Cross-Team Coordination
Work with architects/designers
Ensure accurate communication to execution team
6. Brand Representation & Grooming
Polite communication
Professional dress and behavior
Ethical selling
7. Reporting Discipline
CRM or Excel updates
Daily/weekly sales report submission
Pipeline review meetings
8. Client Relationship Continuity
After-sales check-ins
Repeat/referral generation
9. Learning & Market Awareness
Update competitor product/pricing knowledge
Improve material and technical knowledge
