Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, drive sales, achieve targets, and ensure an excellent in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their requirements
- Explain product features, specifications, and benefits clearly
- Sell furniture, electronics, and home appliances confidently
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle billing, quotations, and order processing
- Coordinate with delivery and service teams
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and product displays
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints
- Follow up with customers for conversions and repeat sales
- Update product knowledge regularly
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum +2 / Diploma / Degree
- 13 years sales experience (Furniture/Electronics preferred)
- Good communication skills in Malayalam & English
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software, WhatsApp, Excel)
- Customer-friendly attitude and persuasive skills
- Ability to work in shifts and on weekends
