Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive – Delhi NCR & Pan India

Office Location: Sultanpur

Location: Delhi NCR (with frequent travel across India)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales for our products and services. Since this role requires extensive client interactions, the candidate should be open to frequent travel within Delhi NCR and across India. A strong understanding of industrial/engineering products will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and client referrals.
  • Generate, follow up, and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure long-term relationships.
  • Understand client needs and offer effective solutions and support.
  • Conduct client visits, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions using CRM software.

  • Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, or a related field.
    • 1–6 years of experience in industries such as home decor, sanitaryware, luxury furniture, marble, or similar.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent relationship-building abilities and a proactive sales approach.
    • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred but not mandatory).
    • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel extensively within Delhi NCR and pan-India.
