Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Sales Executive – IT Solutions & Software Services, based in Noida. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate and nurture leads, and manage the full sales cycle for custom software, ERP/CRM systems, AI-driven solutions, and SaaS offerings. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and product presentations, understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and negotiating commercial terms to close deals. The role involves managing and growing key accounts, coordinating with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs, and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to implementation. The Sales Executive will also track sales performance, maintain accurate CRM records, monitor market trends and competitors, and contribute to sales strategies and revenue targets.
Qualifications
  • Strong IT Sales experience, with a proven track record in selling software solutions, services, or enterprise IT products.
  • Hands-on expertise in Lead Generation and prospecting through multiple channels (cold calling, email campaigns, networking, events, and digital platforms).
  • Demonstrated Account Management skills, including relationship-building, upselling/cross-selling, and long-term client retention.
  • Solid understanding of Information Technology concepts, especially in areas like custom software, ERP/CRM, cloud, AI, SaaS, or related solutions.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear business writing, confident client presentations, and effective negotiation.
  • Ability to work with technical teams to translate client needs into viable IT solutions and proposals.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong ownership, time management, and pipeline management capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in B2B or enterprise sales within IT services, software development, or SaaS environments
