Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client interactions, identifying customer needs, and providing customized travel solutions. Key tasks include generating leads, following up with potential clients, closing deals, meeting sales targets, and maintaining strong business relationships. The successful candidate will be expected to promote and sell various travel packages, including group, corporate, and individual tailor-made solutions, while ensuring exceptional customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, interpersonal communication, and account management
  • Strong understanding of travel and holiday packages, and the ability to craft custom travel solutions
  • Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion to close sales effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and inquiries
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida with a customer-focused approach
  • Experience in the travel industry or corporate travel management is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in marketing and digital platforms to boost sales initiatives is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
