Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven US Travel Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the US travel domain and a proven track record in handling sales, customer interactions, and lead conversions in the international travel market.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for US travel services.
Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, and complete travel packages.
Promote additional services such as travel insurance, car rentals, and holiday packages.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets on a monthly basis.
Manage client data in CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records.
Resolve customer queries related to booking, payments, and cancellations efficiently.
Work closely with the team to enhance sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in US travel sales or US travel domain.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
Strong understanding of US travel regulations, visa procedures, and booking platforms.
Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Adaptable to rotational shifts and high-pressure environments.
