Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, providing product demonstrations, and maintaining deep knowledge of the company's product line to effectively address client needs. Collaboration with the technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and feedback improvement is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in sales, business development, and account management.
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand technical details of laser and pin marking machinery and communicate them effectively to clients.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets while managing multiple accounts and leads.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required. Prior experience in a sales role is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Pune and travel as required for client meetings or industry events.
