Job Description: Sales Executive EdTech (2+ Years Experience)
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience in inside sales / field sales / B2C (preferably EdTech). The role involves owning the end-to-end sales cyclefrom lead engagement to closing and post-sale coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings
- Understand customer needs and pitch the right product or solution
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers
- Maintain and update leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle objections confidently and close deals with clarity
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead quality and delivery
- Build long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of proven sales experience (inside sales, field sales, or telesales)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in EdTech / SaaS / subscription-based products is a plus
- Comfortable with targets, KPIs, and performance-driven environments
- Ability to handle high-volume leads and follow-ups
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared, etc.)
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and disciplined
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling high-ticket products or services
- Prior exposure to consultative or solution-based selling
- Ability to explain complex offerings in a simple manner
