Job Overview:

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, has a penchant for problem-solving, and has an interest in being a part of a rapidly growing industry. The candidate should be a well-organized self-starter and have a record of exemplary performance. This is a full-time position and work from an office position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales objectives by promoting our productivity software to other companies.
  • Utilize your industry connections to create opportunities at target organizations.
  • Effectively oversee every aspect of Lystloc trial execution to ensure prospective clients have a successful experience.
  • Keep a well-organized CRM system by documenting all relevant details at every stage of the sales process and keeping track of all deals.
  • Manage the entire sales process from start to finish by engaging the appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Executives, and Partners.
  • Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts.

Requirements:

  • The candidate should be capable of delivering presentations, engaging with, and advising top-level executives at the targeted organizations.
  • Familiarity with popular CRM software such as Zoho, HubSpot, Freshsales, or Salesforce would be an additional asset.
  • The candidate must possess a high level of emotional intelligence, whether interacting with clients or collaborating with internal team members.
  • Resilience is essential, and the candidate should be willing to learn, mentor others, and accept guidance while thriving in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment.
  • The candidate must be adaptable and receptive to coaching as the company expands.
  • The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi & Tamil is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in SaaS sales or business development is highly preferred
