God Particles is hiring passionate and creative Graphic Designers to join our design team. We have on-site openings for senior designers who have a strong portfolio and a flair for visual storytelling.

Role: Senior Sales Executive

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Chennai (Onsite)

You'll work closely with our marketing, design, and strategy teams to present compelling solutions, ensure smooth project onboarding, and deliver exceptional client experience from the first interaction to closure.

This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, target-driven, and passionate about turning conversations into conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold calls, networking, and industry analysis.
  • Build strong sales pipelines by understanding client needs, challenges, and business goals.
  • Present agency services, portfolios, proposals, and pitch decks confidently to prospects.
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and customized presentations for different client segments.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups, communication, and trust-building.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and project scopes effectively to close profitable deals.
  • Coordinate closely with design, performance, and development teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
  • Track sales performance using CRM tools and maintain updated reports, funnels, and metrics.
  • Analyze sales progress regularly and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends and continue improving skills through research, events, and new sales techniques.

Client Onboarding & Handover Ensure smooth transition from sales to operations by clearly communicating project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Relationship Management Maintain regular contact with clients, address concerns, and build long-term partnerships.

Issue Resolution Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries, service issues, or project escalations promptly.

Upselling & Cross-Selling Identify opportunities to offer additional services based on client needs and performance insights.

Performance Follow-Up Track project progress, gather client feedback, and ensure satisfaction throughout the delivery cycle.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 35+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or agency environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to close deals under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking software, and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
