We partner with schools, colleges, and universities to deliver high-quality educational experiences. We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a background in education/course sales to expand our institutional and student outreach.

Job Summary

We are seeking a driven sales professional with at least 2 years of experience in selling educational courses, academic programs, or training services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead conversion, institutional partnerships, student enrollment, and field visits to colleges and schools. This role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building capabilities, and proven experience in education sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert leads for course admissions, training programs, and academic partnerships.
  • Visit colleges, schools, coaching centers, and universities to develop tie-ups for Course admissions, Internships, In-plant training, Industrial visits, Workshops, seminars, and certification programs.
  • Conduct presentations and counseling sessions for students, faculty, and decision-makers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for enrollments and institutional collaborations.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cyclefrom prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with principals, HODs, placement officers, and academic coordinators.
  • Maintain accurate reports of visits, leads, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of programs.
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to strategy discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2+ years of proven experience in education sales, training program sales, or academic partnerships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience visiting educational institutions and handling B2B/B2C education sales.
  • Ability to work under targets and manage field activities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
