Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive Engine Spare Parts to handle sales and business development for diesel generator and engine spare parts, with a strong focus on Cummins engine spares. The role involves customer acquisition, order management, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell diesel engine spare parts
- Identify and develop new customers (B2B, service providers, marine operators, industries)
- Manage existing customer accounts and ensure repeat business
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with service and stores teams for timely supply
- Maintain sales reports and customer data
Products / Engine Exposure
- Diesel generator spare parts
- Filters, consumables, and critical engine components
Qualification & Experience
- Degree in any discipline (Engineering / Management preferred)
- Relevant experience in spare parts sales (DG / Marine / Industrial engines)
- Good technical understanding of diesel engines and spares
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory
