Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for loan and policy processing.

Liaise with delivery teams to ensure timely vehicle handover.

Customer Satisfaction & Relationship Building

Ensure high standards of customer service and showroom discipline.

Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
