Job Description

Skill Set Requirement:
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Proficient in English, Hindi, and any South Indian local language.
● Excellent active listening and interpersonal abilities.
● Skilled in using CRM software and related tools.

Roles & Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation: Proactively identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through
outbound calls, emails, and other activities.
● Customer Engagement: Responding to inbound inquiries, building rapport with
prospects, and understanding their needs.
● Sales Execution: Guiding leads through the entire sales cycle, including handling
objections and closing deals.
● CRM Management: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and
customer interactions in a CRM system.
● Collaboration: Working with Marketing, Operations , Procurement, and other sales team
members to improve strategies and achieve goals.
● Reporting: Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics, such as calls made, leads
generated, and quotas met.
