Job Description

Skill Set Requirement:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in English, Hindi, and any South Indian local language.
Excellent active listening and interpersonal abilities.
Skilled in using CRM software and related tools.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through
outbound calls, emails, and other activities.
Customer Engagement: Responding to inbound inquiries, building rapport with
prospects, and understanding their needs.
Sales Execution: Guiding leads through the entire sales cycle, including handling
objections and closing deals.
CRM Management: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and
customer interactions in a CRM system.
Collaboration: Working with Marketing, Operations , Procurement, and other sales team
members to improve strategies and achieve goals.
Reporting: Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics, such as calls made, leads
generated, and quotas met.
