Job Description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, corporate outreach, networking, and field visits.

Meet potential clients to pitch product/service offerings and convert them into business.

Maintain and update CRM with all lead interactions, follow-ups, and closures.

Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Build long-term relationships with key clients to retain and grow business.

Coordinate internally with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.

Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to support strategy decisions.

Submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years quota-carrying sales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
