Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Flow Interio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, customer service, and interior design. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, qualifying leads, scheduling client meetings, giving walk-throughs of our design offerings, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings with managers to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Initial Contact:
Cold Calling
make initial calls to prospective customers, introducing them to Flow Interio's services.
Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and project scope.
Client Interaction & Meetings:
Schedule and organize client meetings to discuss their requirements and present design options.
Conduct product and service walk-throughs, showcasing the company's portfolio and design capabilities.
Quotation & Proposal Preparation:
Prepare detailed and accurate quotations based on client requirements.
Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure quotes align with project expectations.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Keep track of leads and sales activities using CRM software.
Reporting & Administrative Tasks:
Maintain records of client interactions, sales leads, and follow-up activities in the company CRM.
Ensure that all documentation and sales activities are properly organized and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
Proactive and capable of scheduling client meetings with managers.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Organized, self-motivated, and a team player.
