Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales activities within the freight forwarding industry across air, sea, and road logistics.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to expand the client base.

  • Develop and implement sales plans focused on revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Stay updated on freight market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to achieve profitable business outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
