Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Sales Executive at JM & Co. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your day-to-day responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and maintaining CRM records. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales or business development skills, including identifying leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the aluminum industry or metals sector, with the ability to communicate product specifications and benefits effectively.
  • Data analysis and market research skills to track trends, understand customer needs, and support decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in supply chain, export logistics, or working with international customers is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
