Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivatedPre-Sales Executiveto join our growing EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, explaining course offerings, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handleinbound and outbound callsto prospective students and parents.
- Explain course details, career outcomes, and program benefits.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Qualify leads and schedule counselling/demo sessionswith the sales team.
- Follow up with leads generated throughmarketing campaigns and social media.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions inCRM systems.
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve lead conversion.
- Achieve daily call targets and monthly lead conversion targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellentcommunication and convincing skills
- Stronglead handling and follow-up ability
- Basic knowledge ofCRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication
- Ability to work in atarget-driven environment
- Good interpersonal and counselling skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 02 years of experiencein Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / EdTech / Telecalling (Freshers with good communication can apply) Compensation & Benefits
