Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Coimbatore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include proactively reaching out to potential clients, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of transportation and logistics services.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management and client engagement skills
- Proficiency in sales strategies, business development, and achieving sales targets
- Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
- Effective presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of the rail freight or logistics industry is an added advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic environment
