Job Description

About the Role

We are hiring Sales Executives who can convert leads into sales by understanding customer requirements, scheduling site visits/walk-ins, and providing a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer handling abilities, basic knowledge or hands-on experience with CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Generate and follow up on new leads.
  • Connect with customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Understand customer needs and close sales effectively.
  • Schedule and manage customer walk-ins/site visits.
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
  • Share proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM systems.
  • Track and report daily sales activities and performance.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in startups or similar industries will be an advantage.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good sales and customer service approach.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
