Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective clients, understand their real estate needs, and present suitable property options through guided tours and detailed consultations. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, conducting property demonstrations, and negotiating terms to close sales. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with internal teams and developers, and staying updated on local market trends, pricing, and inventory. The Sales Executive will also represent Vibrant Propmart at site visits, events, and client meetings to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients.
  • Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems; ability to use online platforms for listings and follow-ups.
  • Good understanding of real estate markets or willingness to quickly learn property trends, legal basics, and project details.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client interactions each day.
  • Fluency in English and local languages preferred; strong customer service orientation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales experience in real estate or allied sectors is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel locally for site visits, including weekends or extended hours when required.
