Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to qualified SME leads across India
  • Deliver product demos of Swipe's invoicing, GST, and payment features via phone/video
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closure and onboarding handoff
  • Maintain CRM records, pipeline data, and daily activity logs
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue, conversion, and activity targets
  • Leverage regional language fluency to increase conversions in target markets

Language Requirements:

  • English & Hindi — Mandatory
  • Tamil / Marathi / Malayalam / Kannada — Preferred (advantage)
  • Candidates fluent in 3+ languages will be prioritised

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Hindi (non-negotiable)
  • Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Prior inside sales / telecalling / B2B SaaS experience preferred
  • Familiarity with GST, invoicing, or CRM tools is a plus
  • Any Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, BSc, etc.)
