Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in sales and business development.

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, reaching out to prospects through calls and emails, and supporting the sales team in developing new business opportunities. You will also assist in maintaining customer relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers through multiple outreach channels, including email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and business conversations, to identify potential opportunities.
  • Build relationships with potential customers and help them understand how our technology solutions can address their business needs.
  • Coordinate customer discussions, product demonstrations, and meetings with the business development team.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
  • Update customer information and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Support business development initiatives and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer engagement.
  • Achieve assigned sales and lead generation targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience or strong interest in sales, business development, customer engagement, or account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Interest in IT, Networking, Cybersecurity, or Technology solutions is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
