Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with up to 1 year of experience or a fresher who is passionate about building a career in sales. The candidate must be willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and market research. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow in the sales field.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities.

Conduct client visits, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Reach monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Prepare and submit sales reports, follow-ups, and daily activity updates.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.

Stay updated about market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Participate in field visits, site assessments, and travel as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

0–1 year of experience in sales (Freshers encouraged to apply).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication).

Positive attitude, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Any Bachelor's degree (Sales/Marketing background is a plus).

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is an added advantage.
