Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sales Executive at Guru Education India Pvt Ltd. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive enrollment growth. They will identify prospective clients, build strong client relationships, present educational offerings, and meet revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include creating sales plans, delivering effective presentations, maintaining records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Coaching and supporting potential clients to match their specific needs with the institution's offerings is an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with an ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to gather market insights, analyze data, and strategically align sales efforts.
- Time management, organizational skills, and proficiency in CRM tools are desirable.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the education sector or working with schools is a bonus.
