Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Pune. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, completing sales transactions, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the company's growth strategy. The Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams, provide product demonstrations, and stay updated on the latest market trends and technologies within the water treatment industry.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Experience in market research, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of water treatment solutions and related technologies is advantageous
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and perform under sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic office tools is beneficial
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and adept at working in a collaborative team environment
