Role Overview

The Sales Associate will play a key role in guiding prospective learners through our consultation and enrollment process. The position requires professional communication, active listening, structured follow-ups, and the ability to present program value effectively.

This role directly contributes to learner success and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Communication

  • Engage with incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Assess learner needs and guide them toward suitable program paths

Consultative Sales

  • Explain program structure, benefits, learning outcomes, and placement relevance
  • Address questions and assist prospects in making informed decisions

Enrollment & Conversion

  • Conduct structured follow-ups
  • Manage inquiry-to-enrollment pipeline
  • Close admissions as per monthly targets

Coordination & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate lead records in CRM
  • Provide timely reports and performance updates
  • Collaborate with operations for smooth learner onboarding

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Confidence in handling structured sales conversations
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain clarity in calls
  • Organized and dependable follow-up and record-keeping habits
  • Target-driven approach and performance accountability
  • Fluency in English and Hindi

Preferred Qualifications

  • 02 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or EdTech engagement
  • Prior experience in phone-based communication roles is an advantage
  • Interest in technology, upskilling, and professional development
  • Prior experience in EdTech or digital products is a plus
