Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The Sales Executive will drive business growth by identifying and cultivating client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include building a robust sales pipeline, executing dynamic sales strategies, maintaining detailed records, and offering exceptional customer service to support long-term business loyalty. Collaboration with the marketing team will also be essential to refine messaging and ensure consistent client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals
  • Customer Relationship Management and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in executing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to analyze market trends and effectively present relevant insights
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the luxury or footwear industry is a plus
