Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Pune. The Senior Sales Executive will lead the sales process to identify and secure new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, conducting negotiations with clients, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Negotiation, Account Management, and Lead Generation
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and develop effective Sales Strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant experience within the industry is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
