Role Overview
The In-Store Sales Consultant is the face of Brilliantany.
You will greet customers, showcase jewellery, understand their preferences and budgets, and guide them through Brilliantany's unique customisation options helping them design and own jewellery that truly reflects their personality and needs.
This role requires excellent communication, an authentic customer-care mindset, and the ability to build trust through conversation rather than pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction & Experience
Warmly welcome walk-in visitors and make them feel comfortable and valued.
Understand customer preferences, occasions (engagement, gifting, personal wear), style preferences, and budgets.
Present in-store jewellery pieces clearly, confidently, and aesthetically.

Customisation options
Choice of metals (Silver, Silver-Gold plating, 9K/14K/18K Gold)
Choice of diamonds (lab-grown or naturally mined)
Assist customers in selecting or designing jewellery that matches their desired look within their preferred budget.
Offer expert yet friendly guidance that helps customers feel informed, appreciated, and delighted.
Build relationships based on trust, transparency, and care.
Position yourself as a jewellery advisor or concierge, not a typical salesperson.
Focus on helping customers make the best possible decision rather than making a quick sale.

Maintain Polite, Warm, And Consistent Communication Via
In-person conversations
Phone calls
WhatsApp (text, catalog sharing, follow-up messages)
Follow up with potential customers who visited or enquired.
Update customers on custom orders, manufacturing timelines, and delivery status.
Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
Assist with daily reporting, billing, basic CRM entries, and stock handling.
Coordinate with the team for customised orders and logistics.
Embody Brilliantany's ethos of elegance, empathy, and customer delight.
Create an atmosphere where customers enjoy the shopping experience and feel confident returning or referring others.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills
Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi
A pleasing, confident, approachable personality
Natural conversational skills, both casual and professional
Ability to build rapport quickly
Comfort with guiding customers through decisions
Basic understanding of premium/luxury or jewellery sales (preferred, not mandatory)
Technical/Operational Skills
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Workspace, simple CRM tools, ChatGPT
Ability to learn and explain product details, diamond types, and customisation processes
Basic billing & documentation skills
Experience
14 years of experience in:
Jewellery
Fashion/luxury retail
Hospitality
Premium customer service
Freshers with exceptional communication and confidence will also be considered.
