Job Title: Sales Executive/Business Development Executive Immigration Services

Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Department: Sales / Immigration Consulting

Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Working Days: Monday to Friday (and alternate Saturdays)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our immigration consulting team. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their immigration goals, providing accurate information about visa and migration options, and supporting the sales process to ensure smooth client onboarding.

You will play a key role in converting leads into qualified prospects by providing guidance and building trust before they proceed to consultation or enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound leads through phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.

Understand client requirements related to immigration, study abroad, or visa services.

Explain available programs, eligibility criteria, timelines, and process steps clearly and professionally.

Qualify leads and schedule appointments or consultations with senior counselors or sales managers.

Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.

Assist in preparing and sending proposals, fee structures, and follow-up communications.

Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Coordinate with counselors, documentation teams, and marketing departments to ensure smooth client handling.

Stay up-to-date on immigration policies, visa categories, and program updates for countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, and others.

Provide feedback on client queries and market trends to improve sales strategy.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

24 years of experience in presales, telemarketing, or lead qualification, preferably in the immigration, overseas education, or consulting industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English fluency required; other languages are an asset).

Strong presentation and convincing abilities.

Good understanding of immigration processes and visa categories (training can be provided).

Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and email communication.

Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-up discipline.

Customer-centric attitude with a focus on building long-term trust.
