Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying prospective customers, and presenting solutions tailored to customer needs. This role includes meeting sales targets, conducting market research, ensuring excellent client service, and actively participating in sales meetings and events to represent the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Customer relationship management and excellent interpersonal communication abilities
  • Market research and customer prospecting experience
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and technology, such as CRM software
  • Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with a professional demeanor
  • Experience in residential and commercial building 2 years.
